Live7 Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
By registering for the Live7 Affiliate Program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Live7 reserves the sole right to accept or reject any affiliate application without providing prior notice or reasoning.

2. Standard of Conduct and Brand Integrity
Affiliates must promote Live7 in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner. You are strictly prohibited from using defamatory, misleading, deceptive, or offensive content in your promotional efforts. Any representation that harms the reputation, goodwill, or brand integrity of Live7 will result in immediate termination.

3. Compliance with Laws and Anti-Spam Policy
You must comply with all applicable local and international laws, including data privacy regulations and advertising standards. Sending unsolicited commercial emails (Spam), mass messaging via social media, or using forced redirects to drive traffic to your affiliate links is strictly prohibited.

4. Promotion and Traffic Restrictions
Affiliates are prohibited from using malicious traffic generation tactics. This includes, but is not limited to:

Bid-jacking or bidding on Live7 trademarked keywords (e.g., “Live7”, “Live7 Malaysia”) on search engines without written permission.

Utilizing cookie-stuffing techniques or pop-up/pop-under advertising.

Registering domains, social media handles, or business names that impersonate Live7.

5. Customer Protection and Privacy
The relationship between Live7 and its customers is highly protected. Affiliates shall not collect, store, or harvest any personal or financial data of Live7 customers. Any attempt to intercept customer data, mislead customers into thinking they are purchasing directly from the affiliate, or interfere with the customer journey is a severe breach of this agreement.

6. Commission Structure and Eligibility
Commissions are earned only on qualified, successful conversions that comply fully with these terms. Live7 reserves the right to modify the commission structure, payout thresholds, and payment schedules at any time. Commissions will not be paid—and previously paid commissions may be clawed back—for cancelled transactions, fraudulent orders, or self-referrals (purchasing through your own link), unless explicitly permitted.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
Live7 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use provided marketing materials, logos, and trademarks solely for the purpose of promoting the Live7 platform under this program. You do not acquire any proprietary rights to our intellectual property, and you must cease using these materials immediately upon termination of your affiliate status.

8. Modification of Terms
Live7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued participation in the affiliate program following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Live7 provides the affiliate program on an “as-is” and “as available” basis without any warranties. Live7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the program. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Live7 and its directors from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your breach of these terms.

10. Breach of Contract and Rights Reserved
Strict Enforcement: Live7 reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a breach, Live7 reserves all rights to take immediate action, which may include:

Pausing or permanently terminating your affiliate account.

Forfeiting and withholding any pending or unpaid commissions.

Initiating legal proceedings for damages or seeking injunctive relief.
