Alamat Penghantaran<\/strong><\/h3>

Kami hanya akan menghantar pesanan ke alamat pengebilan atau alamat penghantaran yang diberikan semasa pembelian dibuat.<\/p>

Sila pastikan alamat penghantaran dan nombor telefon yang boleh dihubungi adalah tepat semasa membuat pesanan. Kami tidak menghantar ke Peti Surat (P.O. Box) dan hanya menerima alamat penghantaran yang sah.<\/p>

Kami tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya alamat penghantaran yang diberikan adalah tidak tepat sehingga menyebabkan barangan dipulangkan kepada kami.<\/p>

Sebarang penghantaran semula akan dikenakan caj penghantaran yang berkaitan. Caj tersebut akan dimaklumkan sekiranya penghantaran kali kedua diperlukan.<\/p>

Sekiranya permintaan pertukaran alamat dibuat selepas 24 jam daripada pengesahan pesanan, pelanggan akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang caj penghantaran yang berkaitan.<\/p>

Tempoh Penghantaran<\/strong><\/h3>

Pesanan biasanya akan tiba dalam tempoh 2 hingga 5 hari bekerja (Isnin hingga Jumaat).\n\nPenghantaran hanya akan dibuat pada waktu pejabat, iaitu 9:00 pagi hingga 5:00 petang, pada hari bekerja.<\/p>

Nombor Penjejakan<\/strong><\/h3>

Sebaik sahaja pesanan diambil oleh rakan penghantaran kami, nombor penjejakan akan disediakan. Sebarang makluman akan dihantar melalui e-mel, aplikasi mudah alih atau SMS.<\/p>

Bagi produk atau perkhidmatan yang tidak berbentuk fizikal, pengesahan pesanan dan resit akan dihantar melalui e-mel, aplikasi mudah alih atau SMS. Bukti pembelian, invois atau pesanan penghantaran akan disediakan jika berkenaan.<\/p>
